LTD BENEFIT DURATION

The length of time you receive LTD benefits depends on a number of factors, which may include:

• when your elimination period started

• your age

• when you reach 35 years of pensionable service (only applicable for claims that terminated prior to January 1, 2025)

• the date you return to work

• the date you die

• the date you no longer qualify as disabled under the Plan
